GCNWI Members/Volunteers: Reservations remain tentative until required trainings are completed. Once trainings are completed and verified, the reservation will be approved.
- First Aid and CPR training that includes specific instructions for adult and pediatric CPR, first aid, and AED training, that includes a face-to-face, hands-on skills assessment, is required for all reservations. This training can be taken through our council or through an acceptable organization as outlined here.
- For all reservations, at least one adult with Cabin Camper and Fire Safety & Building gsLearn trainings are required.
- For rustic camping reservations, one adult must complete the Rustic Camping and Outdoor Cooking gsLearn trainings and the in-person Outdoor Adult Training: Fire, Cooking, Rustic session.
Other Girl Scout Councils, Non-Profit Organizations, and For-Profit Organizations and Companies must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI).
Each reservation includes a $15 non-refundable processing fee in addition to the nightly fee for each site/unit. Fees subject to change.
Our camp properties will be closed in observance of the following national holidays:
- January 1 (New Year's Day)
- May 23-26 (Memorial Day weekend)
- June 19 (Juneteenth)
- July 4-6 (Independence Day)
- August 29-September 1 (Labor Day weekend)
- November 28-30 (Thanksgiving weekend)
- December 19-January 1 (Winter Break)
Primitive sites will be closed from late fall through early spring. Check the property reservation website for accurate availability at each camp.
