Please email customercare@girlscoutsgcnwi.org to request add-on or stand-alone Facilitated Outdoor Experiences. Include the requested activity, date, location, troop level, and number of participants in your email. Requests can be made for a maximum of three facilitated activities per weekend per group. Requests will be honored in the order they are received and are subject to staff and property availability. All activities require a minimum of 10 paid participants to run the activity. Facilitated Outdoor Experiences require adult chaperones to meet adult to youth ratios outlined in the Girl Scout Safety Activity Checkpoints.
A Girl Scout camporee, or encampment, brings Girl Scout troops from the same service unit together for camping and activities, often with a theme, to build courage, confidence, character, and leadership while having fun. Use the packets below to help you plan your own service unit camporee or request a staff-run camporee at one of the four GCNWI camp properties.
