Please plan your deadline accordingly and allow yourself time to review, edit, and approve any item(s) prior to your intended use. You will have final approval on any job. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but timelines are not guaranteed.

- Use the Event Marketing Request form if you have an event or program that requires a full invitation suite, promotional marketing, and event materials like signage.
- All other requests should be submitted through unique form submissions. For example, if you need two emails and a social media post, then submit two email request forms and one social media request form.
NOTES BEFORE YOU SUBMIT:
- For design, the deadline you provide is when you will receive the initial proof. Allow yourself enough time to review, edit, and approve the item(s) prior to your intended use.
- Be sure to have all necessary parties review the drafts/proofs before returning edits. Have all necessary parties approve the content before sending final approval. Marketing reserves the right to update content in order to meet brand messaging and standards.
