Daisy Leader Daze
A day of dun training and enrichment for first and second-year Daisy troop leaders to help them grow girls of courage, confidence, and character!
Includes workshops in:
- How to Run your Troop Meeting
- Engaging Parents
- Developing your Troop Culture
Leader Enrichment Activity Program (LEAP)
Leader Enrichment Activity Program (LEAP) is a program for adult volunteers who work with girls in Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana.
This weekend will give you hands-on experience in activities related to the Girl Scout Leadership Experience. Workshop options include:
- Archery
- Outdoor cooking and outdoor skills
- Crafts
- Nature games
- Hiking
- Service projects
- STEM activities
- Challenge yourself on the new climbing tower/zipline or high ropes adventure course
- An offsite trip to the Indiana Dunes National Park and Meadowbrook Nature Preserve.
Leadership Expo
This annual event brings together volunteers and troop leaders from across greater Chicago and Northweset Indiana. Attendees will receive insights and resources needed to be successful in their membership year and beyond, so you can continue to make a difference in the lives of girls.
