Blaze New Trails!

The world can be a challenging place. Girl Scouts prepares her for the curves in the road.

Be prepared. That's our Girl Scout motto. When life throws us curves, like right now, we face those challenges with courage and confidence. In fact, we believe so strongly in our ability to help your girl gain tangible skills that last a lifetime that we have adapted our entire program to fit the current reality.

The best part of our Girl Scout Leadership Experience is that we believe in building skills over time. We start with the basics, like making new friends and learning to respect herself and others. Then, through a menu of experiences, she learns to make decisions, set goals, assume responsibility, help others through service, explore careers, and take safe risks by trying something new without fearing failure.

The best part is that every experience and skill that we can help her build right now will continue to help her be successful at school and in life.

We anticipate the year ahead to look a little different. With our outstanding program content and resilient approach to life, Girl Scouts is just what every family needs right now - an advocate and ally who believes in the amazing things their girls can do.

Join us, and get ready to see your girl shine like never before! She will discover a world of opportunities waiting for her, even as we navigate our current reality together.

Meet with Troops in Person

If you are ready to meet with Girl Scout troops in person, you can do that too!

Right now we have some troops that are meeting in small groups. That's an option for new and renewing girls who wish to see their friends and do activities in the outdoors.

COVID-19 is still an extremely contagious virus that spreads easily. Our recommendations require everyone to take all reasonable precautions to limit potential exposure for girls, volunteers, and families.

Please read the guidelines for complete details, and adhere to them carefully.

When your girl joins Girl Scouts, her health and safety is our number one priority. We expect our guidelines to continue to change in the coming months, and commit to making her experiences as fun and rewarding as ever whether we are in person, online, or a combination of both.
