Stand Up!  Step Out!
A program that brings the Girl Scout Leadership Experience to girls incarcerated in the River Valley Detention Center in Joliet, Illinois.  It is aimed at giving girls the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in the world, and to avoid re-incarceration.
