Return Policy
Any item currently in our inventory, in the original packaging, and in “sellable” condition, can be returned for exchange or credit. No receipt required. “Discontinued” sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as original payment, i.e. cash or refund to credit card. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges for all exchange and/or returned merchandise. Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana reserves the right to refuse the return of used, damaged, and/or discontinued merchandise.
Shipping Policy
Shipping charges will be assessed on the total dollar amount of each order to be mailed to a customer. Walk-in orders or orders placed for pick up in any regional shop do not include shipping charges.
Our shipping and handling fees are as follows:
Under $25.00 = $4.00
$25.01 – 50.00 = $6.00
$50.01 - $75 = $8.00
$75.01 - $100.00 = $10.00
$100.01 - $150.00 = $12.00
Over $150.01 = $14.00
Back Orders
If items are on backorder, the customer will be notified and the rest of the order will be filled and processed with items currently in stock. Only items currently in stock will be charged to a customer’s credit card, and shipping charges will be applied only to those items in stock. Once backordered items are received by the Girl Scout Shop, the customer’s credit card will be charged and the backordered item will be mailed to the customer with no shipping charge included.
