IMPORTANT: In order for the online training modules to work correctly, you must turn off any pop-up blockers. The majority of users only need to change the feature in their Internet browser. If this does not work, you may have a second pop-up blocker within your anti-virus/anti-spam software such as McAfee or Symantec. Comcast users have also reported a second pop-up blocker.
When all the pop-up blockers are disabled, you can click on the link above and in the same screen a message will come up, "You are being redirected to Fall Product Training". The screen will then change to "Please Wait. Another browser window should popup with your course in it. Click here if the course fails to open."
