By Mail- Mail a check, along with a contribution form or a letter outlining the purpose of the gift, to:

In Honor/In Memorial Gifts-Gifts can be made online or by mail in a person’s honor or memory. If you choose to make an honor/memorial gift online, please provide any acknowledgement instructions when completing the online giving form.

Matching gifts- An employer contribution match is a great way to increase the impact of your gift. Please check with your Human Resources department to see if your employer participates in matching gifts. If your employer does participate in matching gifts, complete a matching gift form available from your employer and mail it to:

United Way- If your corporation participates in the annual United Way campaign and you contribute to that campaign, you can designate your United Way gift to Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana by noting that on your United Way campaign form.
