Your support makes the difference!


The financial resources, time and talent donated by people like you allows Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana to impact the lives of thousands of girls. If you believe in girls and want to make a positive difference in their lives here are ways to help:

  • Annual Fund – Your gift to the Annual Fund helps keep the dream of Girl Scouting alive for nearly 95,000 girls in Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana.


  • Memorial Gifts – Through memorial and tribute gifts you can pay respect to individuals or groups who have had an impact in Girl Scouting. Upon receipt of a tribute gift, a letter is sent to the honoree informing them a gift has been received in their honor. In the case of a memorial gift, a letter is sent to the honoree’s family. When making a tribute gift online please include the name and address of the individual or family of the honored.


  • Gift of Girl Scouts – Recognize someone special who has touched your life through Girl Scouting by making a gift in their honor.


  • Family Partnership - This annual campaign educates parents and guardians about Girl Scouting and asks for their financial support of Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana. Family Partnership gifts are welcome any time throughout the year and is highlighted during membership registration. It is our goal that every family be given the opportunity to make a contribution.


  • Gifts of Stock – Your gift of appreciated marketable securities is an easy and prudent way for you to gain substantial tax benefits while benefitting Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana.


  • Planned Gifts – Remember Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana in your will, charitable trust, a gift of life insurance or other methods in your estate planning. Your support will ensure that Girl Scouting remains available to girls in our council for generations to come.


  • Workplace Giving – Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana is a participating agency in all local United Way, Combined Federal Campaigns and other workplace giving campaigns.


  • Company Match – Maximize your contribution through a matching gift. Many employers will match charitable contributions through the company toward employee designated contributions. Contact your Human Resources office and ask them if they have a matching gifts program.


  • Shop to Help – Did you know that you can help raise money for Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana by just browsing the Internet?


  • In-kind Gifts – From camping to office supplies and everything in between, in-kind gifts help Girl Scouts save money.


  • Vehicle Donations – Support Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana by donating your unwanted car, truck, boat, or motorcycle.
