Online Grade Level Trainings
Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana recently began updating its popular series of online leadership training options in response to requests from its volunteers. As a way to offer our membership blended learning opportunities that integrate various learning styles, we present the first in our online training series: Girl Scout Daisy Grade Level Leadership Essentials. This course is also available via a traditional classroom setting. The classroom offerings are listed within the printed council training calendar or in our online calendar.
Girl Scout Daisy Grade Level Leadership Essentials is designed for leaders of Girl Scout Daisies in grades K and 1. This training follows Orientation to Girl Scouts and Volunteer Essentials training.
Girl Scout Brownie Grade Level Leadership Essentials is currently under construction and will be launched as soon as it is completed.
We also anticipate the launch of the updated Girl Scout Junior Grade Level Leadership Essentials this spring. As always, volunteer feedback is encouraged and needed to keep the trainings modern and effective. Feedback opportunities are available upon the completion of each training.
